This year, we had the privilege of planning and designing a milestone corporate event for RevCap, a leading UK-based company celebrating its 20th anniversary. RevCap chose Marrakech and a stunning corporate event venue as the destination for this unforgettable celebration, inviting 60 employees and international partners to commemorate two decades of success in a city known for its beauty, culture, and timeless charm.

Choosing the Perfect Corporate Event Venue

Finding the right corporate event venue was essential to creating a sophisticated and memorable atmosphere for RevCap’s celebration. After careful consideration, we selected a traditional Riad venue in the Medina - Dar dar rooftop - that offered a perfect balance of Moroccan charm and modern luxury for their welcome night cocktail event. The elegant hotel Palais Namaskar was the ideal backdrop for the gala dinner, as well as offering ample luxury accommodation for their guests.

A Weekend of Elegance and Celebration

RevCap’s anniversary celebration revolved around a glamorous gala dinner, but the weekend kicked off with a stunning welcome cocktail event. Early arrivals were treated to sunset drinks and Moroccan-style finger food at an exclusive rooftop venue in the heart of the Medina. The rooftop’s breathtaking views of Marrakech and warm ambiance provided the perfect introduction to the weekend’s festivities. The main event, the gala dinner, was the highlight of the celebration. This sophisticated evening brought together RevCap’s employees and international partners at Palais Namaskar for a night of fine dining, music, and chic Moroccan-inspired design, all hosted at this meticulously chosen corporate event venue.

A Chic Gala Dinner with a Moroccan Touch

For the gala dinner, we blended classic designs and chic elegance with Moroccan influences, creating an atmosphere that honored both RevCap’s brand and the culture of Marrakech.

The event’s design was inspired by Moroccan Zellij patterns, known for their intricate geometric designs and vibrant aesthetics. We worked closely with Moroccan artisans to create decor items that reflected these patterns while maintaining a black-and-white theme throughout the venue for a modern twist. Zellij-inspired print brought sophistication and a touch of tradition to the bespoke floor which stood as the centerpiece of the evening. High cocktail tables featured Zellij-inspired details, tying the design elements together seamlessly and the handcrafted Moroccan pieces, created exclusively for this event, added an authentic touch that wowed guests.

Guests were treated to an exceptional culinary experience featuring high-end food and drink. The menu was thoughtfully curated to offer a fusion of Moroccan flavors and international cuisine, paired with exquisite beverages to elevate the evening.

But the most memorable aspect of the night was the live music and entertainment provided by an energetic band that was the soundtrack for the evening. The vibe and atmosphere was one of celebration, conversation, and dancing well into the night.
